Aluminum Gutter Wedges

The special aluminum wedge fits directly to back of gutter and adjust to most fascia angles.

Use with aluminum half round gutter installations that have slanted fascia. Recommended hanger spacing is 18 to 24 inches on centers. This happens when the roof framing members the trusses are not cut on the ends to match the angle of the pitched roof. Made from extruded aluminum.

Gutter wedges should be installed with the same spacing as the hangers which are recommended every 24 32. Gutter wedges will build out the fascia to push the bottom of the gutter outward which allows the gutter to be installed perpendicular to the ground. We have a variety of aluminum gutter wedges that work well on both k style gutters half round gutters that will keep the gutter perpendicular to the ground. Wedge alum t wedge for half round. Gutter wedges are used to level a gutter that is not being installed directly to a flat fascia. The t wedge also provides support and allows ventilation behind the gutter. When crimped on the back side of a aluminum gutter the t wedge functions as a snap lock device for installation.

Many eaves have exposed rafter tails canted fascia and crown molding where a standard hidden hanger will not suffice. Gutter wedges are used when the fascia board is angled or canted and is not perpendicular to the ground. Bottom width of the wedge for the 5 wedge is 1 3 4 and the bottom width of the wedge for the 6 is 2 1 3. These wedges are available in 5 and 6 sizes.
